ONE24 is an acronym for “ONE mission where we stand 100% accountable to (2) and for (4) each other as partners for each other’s success”.
The general philosophy of ONE24 was published in a book as well as in SaskBusiness magazine articles over a period of more than 10 years. It has been the foundational content for keynotes and workshops for more than 15 years, and has been facilitated within a diverse complement of companies, ranging from churches and nonprofits to business corporations.
An organization is a living organism; an interdependent community of individuals working together to achieve a specific mission, but there are many challenges to achieving a mission within an organization today!

With over 60 years of combined leadership experience, David E White and Ward Hepting have been led by a calling of values-based leadership within resilient organizational cultures. Since the inception of their current enterprise, the Legacy Group of Companies, they have been leading with ONE24 as the corporation’s heartbeat.
They will be quick to tell you that ONE24 is not about perfection – no one is perfect – we ALL make mistakes, we all need grace. Grace that inspires trust in relationship and enables people to own mistakes without fear!
The vision for ONE24 is people coming together as community, collaborating in some form of work, which gives them the opportunity to discover and grow their abilities together. In this they are partners for each other’s success.

Grace is the safe space for organization’s individuals to take full responsibility for actions (without fear), to understand the nature of the misalignment, to reconcile and move back into full alignment as partners for each other’s success.
It is also the safe space for people to ask for help when they are experiencing mental health challenges!
Without grace, an organization will never achieve 100% accountability. Without grace, there is fear. When fear is present, secrets are kept, and organizations cannot fix secrets. Therefore organizations will operate sub-optimal without grace. ONE24 is the means by which a facilitator/leader can pragmatically and effectively sow seeds of grace, while nurturing/expanding a deeper understanding within individuals, and bolstering organizational optimization, which generates a tangible ROI for effort.
